Kristi is the founder of Healthy Haven Wellness, the original vision that blossomed into The Beet Restaurant & Wine Shop. Guided by her passion for health, wellness, and community, Kristi first created Healthy Haven as a place for Cloverdale locals to gather, eat well, and feel good.
In partnership with the team at Vino Vendetta, that dream evolved into The Beet — a lively restaurant and wine shop where connection, creativity, and nourishment take center stage. Together, they’ve built a welcoming hub known for delicious food, thoughtful wines, and a true sense of community.
Beyond The Beet, Kristi remains deeply involved in senior care and local philanthropy, continuing her mission to nurture others through health, food, and kindness.

Alessandra Ziviani
Drawing on her background in fine dining, her experience as Beverage Director at Eataly Flatiron in NYC, and years immersed in Northern California wine country, Alessandra brings an intuitive, story-driven approach to hospitality. Creating a space where food, wine, and design come together with unapologetic personality.
Her wine program celebrates small producers, regenerative vineyards, and bottles that speak of place and passion. She’s created a space that feels both refined and rebellious.
As the founder of Vino Vendetta, Alessandra continues to redefine what wine country can be: vibrant, inclusive, a little edgy, and always deliciously unexpected.

Andrew Radabaugh
Originally from Kansas, Andrew began his culinary journey in Chicago, studying at the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago and training under Chef Art Smith at the acclaimed Table 52.
With over 12 years in Northern California’s Wine Country, Andrew has worked in several respected local restaurants, developing a deep appreciation for regional ingredients and small producers. As co-owner of The Beet and Vino Vendetta, he focuses on menu development, wine pairing, and community events that bring people together through food, music, and shared experiences.
His vision is to create spaces that celebrate flavor, creativity, and connection — where every dish and every event tells a story worth savoring.
